Our website provides a platform for debtors to make payments through our payment processor, GoCardless. We act as a debt collection agency facilitating the payment of outstanding debts owed to our clients.

By using our services, you acknowledge that we are acting as an authorized debt collection agency and that any payments made through our platform are in settlement of legitimate debts.

4. Payments
